PART I. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (RODO)

The following information implements the information obligation set forth in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. (hereinafter: „RODO”).

2 Purposes and legal basis for processing

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes and on the basis of the following regulations:

  1. Execution of the contract or taking action prior to its conclusion (Art. 6(1)(b) RODO) - for the purpose of processing orders, providing electronic services and handling inquiries (providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude a contract).

  2. Fulfillment of legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) RODO) - in order to fulfill obligations under the law, including tax regulations and the Accounting Act (e.g. issuing invoices).

  3. Legally legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) RODO) - for the purpose of:

    • Marketing of own products or services,

    • to assert or secure claims,

    • defense against claims,

    • Create summaries, analysis and statistics for internal purposes.

  4. Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) RODO) - for direct marketing of third-party products or services, or in other cases where regulations require explicit consent (e.g. newsletters).

3. data retention period

Your personal data will be stored for a period of time:

  1. Validity of the contract, and after its termination for the time necessary for post-sale customer service (e.g., complaint handling).

  2. Required by tax and accounting laws (currently 5 years from the end of the calendar year).

  3. Necessary for securing or asserting possible claims to which the Administrator is entitled (in accordance with the limitation periods of the Civil Code).

  4. In the case of data processed on the basis of consent - until it is withdrawn.

4 Data recipients

Your data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Administrator in order to provide services, i.e.:

  • Business partners (agents, contractors),

  • courier companies and postal operators,

  • To banks and payment operators (for the purpose of processing transactions),

  • entities providing accounting, legal and debt collection services,

  • IT service providers (hosting, operation of IT systems).

5. rights of the data subject

You are entitled to:

  1. Access to the content of your data and receive a copy of it.

  2. Correction (rectification) of data.

  3. Data deletions.

  4. Restrictions on data processing.

  5. Transfer of data to another controller.

  6. To raise an objection against data processing based on the legitimate interests of the Controller.

  7. Revoke consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing done before revocation).

  8. File a complaint with the supervisory authority - President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw).

6 Additional information

  • The Administrator does not use automated decision-making, including profiling with legal effects, as referred to in Article 22 (1) and (4) of the RODO.

  • Personal data is not transferred to a third country (outside the European Economic Area) or to international organizations.


PART II. COOKIE POLICY

1. definition of cookies

The websites related to the functioning of the Service use the technique of „cookies”. These are IT data, in particular small text files, stored in the Users' final devices (e.g. computer, smartphone, tablet) and intended for use on the websites.
These cookies allow to recognize the User's device and appropriately display a website tailored to the User's individual preferences. „Cookies” usually contain the name of the website from which they come, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.

2 Purposes of using cookies

The administrator uses cookies for the following purposes:

  1. Service configuration - Adapting the content of the websites to your preferences and optimizing the use of the websites.

  2. Authentication - maintaining the session of the site's User (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter his/her login and password on each sub-page.

  3. Analysis and statistics - creation of anonymous, aggregated statistics that help to understand how Users use the Website, which allows to improve its structure and content (excluding personal identification of the User).

Data obtained automatically (so-called server logs - IP address, domain, browser type) are used to generate statistics to help administer the Website. These data are aggregate and anonymous, i.e. they do not contain identifying characteristics of visitors to the site. The logs are not disclosed to third parties unrelated to the administration of the Website.

3 Types of cookies used

The following types of cookies are used within the Service:

  1. Sessional (Temporary) - stored on the User's terminal device until the User logs out, leaves the website or shuts down the software (browser).

  2. Fixed (Permanent) - stored in the User's terminal device for the time specified in the parameters of cookies or until they are deleted by the User.

  3. Analytical - collect information about how the site is used to improve its performance. This data is aggregated and anonymous.

  4. Functional - allow you to „remember” your chosen settings and personalize the interface (e.g. font size, page layout).

4. cookie management

By default, web browsing software allows cookies to be placed on your terminal device. These settings are important from the point of view of consent to the use of cookies by our Service - in accordance with the regulations, such consent can be given through your browser settings.

The user may at any time change the settings regarding cookies, in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies or inform about their placement on the device each time. Detailed information on the possibility and methods of handling cookies is available in the settings of your software (web browser).

Attention: Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available on the Website (for example, it may not be possible to follow the order path in the online store).
