The administrator of personal data is Geltag spółka z o.o. with its seat at ul. Porcelanowa 60, 40-246 Katowice, Poland Silesian. Personal data will be processed in particular:
based on Article. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) and letter c) of the GDPR in order to: take action before concluding the contract at the request of the data subject or performance of the contract (provision of contractual data, data necessary to conclude and perform the contract, if they are not provided, no conclusion of the contract and performance of the contract), fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (e.g. tax law, accounting acts), art.9 par.1 letter a of the GDPR based on consent | On the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator, i.e. pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR for the purpose of: marketing own products or services, pursuing or securing claims as well as defending against claims | on the basis of a separate consent, i.e. pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) GDPR for the purpose of: direct marketing of products or services of entities related to the Administrator (contractual obligation, in the absence of consent, we will not conduct the indicated marketing). The period for which personal data will be stored:
Personal data processed in order to conclude or perform the contract and fulfill the Administrator's legal obligation will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its expiry for the period necessary for after-sales customer service (e.g. handling complaints), securing or pursuing any claims due to the Administrator (up to 10 years ), fulfillment of the Administrator's legal obligation (e.g. resulting from tax and accounting regulations), personal data processed on the basis of consents will be processed until their cancellation at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. | The rights of the person to whom the personal data relates: the right to access the content of their personal data, the right to obtain confirmation whether the Administrator processes data and information regarding such processing; the right to rectify data if the data processed by the Administrator is incorrect or incomplete; the right to request the Administrator to delete data; the right to request the Administrator to limit data processing; the right to transfer data, i.e. the right to receive personal data provided to the Administrator and send it to another administrator; the right to object to data processing based on the Administrator's legitimate interest or to processing for direct marketing purposes; the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection: the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal).
Rights, apart from a complaint to the Polish Supervisory Authority, can be exercised, among others, by: by e-mail contact with the Administrator or to the address of the registered office. Categories of data recipients: Business partners in the performance of contracts (including e.g. agents, contractors), telecommunications companies, banks for payment processing, postal operators, carriers, handling correspondence received from customers, document archiving companies, partners providing technical services (e.g. e-mails development and maintenance of IT systems and websites).
We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in art. 22 sec. 1 and 4 GDPR. We do not transfer information to a third country and/or an international organization.
