class=\"ng-star-inserted\">(hereinafter: \u201eAdministrator\u201d or \u201eGELTAG\u201d).<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter:\u00a0<\/span><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u201eRODO\u201d.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">) and the Law on Provision of Electronic class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Name;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Residence\/business address;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Email address;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Phone number;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">TIN number (in case of entrepreneurs);<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Bank account number (for refunds);<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">IP address and other data recorded in system logs.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><h3 class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a7 4 Recipients of data<\/span><\/h3><ol class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">For the proper functioning of the Portal, including the execution of concluded agreements, it is necessary for the Administrator to use the services of third parties.
